If you are a speaker for a workshop, tutorial, or other special session, please skip to #4 below.

Important Update for Authors:
The deadline to upload final videos and presentation files is now 5 October.

However, if you have not yet done so, begin setup on Qiqo as soon as possible with the information that you currently have (Paper ID, title, abstract, bio, profile photo, and acceptance of the terms of agreement). You may return at any time to edit your information.

1. Authors of regular tracks, Special Sessions, Workshops, Tutorials, Keynote Speakers, and Work in Progress WiP papers are kindly invited to submit their materials.

2. Authors of regular tracks, special sessions and workshop papers shall submit a 10-minute maximum pre-recorded video, your presentation file (.pptx or .pdf), paper abstract, bio, profile photo, and the email addresses of co-authors. Important Update: your video will be played live during your corresponding slot, and you must be present for live 3-minute Q&A after the video has been played.

If you are the presenting author, click the blue button to "Upload Your Presentation." The name of the video should be XXXXXX.mp4, where XXXXXX is the code of your paper without the two initial letters. E.g. if your paper code is TD-999999, your video should be named 999999.mp4. Your presentation should be either 999999.pdf or 999999.pptx.

If you have more than one paper, once you finish uploading the video and the first paper, just click on "+ Add paper, video, & files" and you will be able to upload the video for the additional papers.

3. Deadline to submit final presentations and videos is Tuesday, 5 October, no exceptions.

4. Please attend a 30-minute tech check on 7 October at 10am Eastern Toronto (16:00 CEST).
