Registration Fees (in US Dollars) - For IECON 2021 and ICELIE 2021

Please note, each author of  paper should register using the conference IEEE registration system before registering your paper for presentation using Qiqochat platform.

You need to submit the final version of your paper, with the modifications requested by the reviewers. Once you have done so, you will have a new option in the submission system labeled "Sign the IEEE copyright," which will take you to IEEE eCF site, where you will be able to transfer copyright to IEEE. Copyright information will be automatically added before posting to IEEEXplore. Authors do not need to add anything - just leave that space blank.

Cancellation policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by October 3, 2021. There will be no cancellation fee until September 30, 2021.

After September 30, 2021, there will be an administrative fee of US$70 deducted from each refund.
